What's Included
Each experience includes the accommodations and amenities specifically listed on the package page. Uniess otherwise stated, airfare, transportation, meals, and incidental expenses are not included. Taxes and standard booking fees are covered where applicable.
Booking & Availability
All experiences are subject to availability at the time of booking. Specific hotels, travel dates, and accommodations are confirmed after the winning bidder submits their travel request.
Travel Timing
Travel must be booked within 12 months of purchase and completed within 24 months. We recommend submittling preferred travel dates at least 60 days in advance whenever possible.
Blackout Dates
Certain holidays, peak travel periods, and special events may be unavailable. Our concierge team will work with travelers to identify alternative dates when needed.
Changes & Transfers
Winning bidders may transfer their experience prior to booking approval. Once travel arrangements have been confirmed, changes may be limited and additional costs may apply.
