Giveio travel and experience packages may include hotel accommodations, event tickets, curated activities, or concierge-arranged services as described in the specific package offering. The accommodations, experiences, and inclusions provided will be those expressly listed in the package purchased. Items not specifically listed as included are excluded. Unless otherwise stated, airfare, ground transportation, meals, resort fees, upgrades, park admissions, and incidental expenses are not included.

All accommodations, destinations, events, and experiences are subject to availability at the time of booking. Specific hotels, room types, views, seating locations, performers, and event dates are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Where applicable, ticketed experiences are provided within an internal value allocation established for the package at the time of booking. If requested dates, destinations, or event selections exceed the included allocation, the traveler may select alternative options or pay the difference in cost.

Blackout dates may apply, including major holidays, peak travel seasons, school vacation periods, conventions, festivals, and high-demand event dates. Certain destinations or travel periods may require a supplemental fee due to prevailing market conditions.

Travel must be booked within twelve (12) months of purchase and travel must occur within twenty-four (24) months of purchase unless otherwise stated. Booking requests should be submitted at least sixty (60) days prior to requested travel dates. Short-notice bookings may be limited and could require additional fees. If the traveler does not initiate booking within twelve (12) months of purchase, the package will be deemed forfeited without refund, credit, or extension.

Winning bidder will receive an email confirmation and/or booking certificate within fourteen (14) days of Giveio’s receipt of full payment for the purchased package. The booking certificate will include instructions for initiating travel planning. Concierge-style coordination begins once the traveler contacts Giveio in writing and submits preferred travel dates and required details.

All packages are final sale, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Once travel dates or event tickets are confirmed, changes may be subject to provider-imposed fees. Packages are non-transferable without prior written approval from Giveio.

Giveio acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and third-party providers and is not responsible for injury, loss, delays, cancellations, rescheduling, service interruptions, or acts or omissions of hotels, airlines, venues, ticket issuers, or tour operators. Giveio shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, airline disruptions, pandemics, or supplier insolvency. Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and complying with all entry requirements. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
