These Terms of Use govern general access to the Giveio website. Use of Giveio’s software platform, tools, or services requires acceptance of separate Platform Terms of Service, which shall control in the event of any conflict.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Services Disclaimer
Giveio provides fundraising support services, including but not limited to consignment auction items, experiences, in-kind donation sourcing, and fundraising support tools.
We do not guarantee fundraising outcomes, revenue amounts, bidding activity, donor participation, item performance, or event success.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Auctions, Donations & Third Parties
Giveio is not an auctioneer, payment processor, or charity. We do not control auction platforms, bidders, donors, payment systems, fulfillment providers, or third-party vendors.
You acknowledge that:

Giveio is not responsible for bidder behavior, donor fulfillment, or event execution

Giveio is not liable for lost, delayed, disputed, or unredeemed items or experiences

Any agreements between you and third parties are solely between those parties
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Giveio and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
User Submissions
By submitting information, content, or materials to Giveio, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such materials for any lawful business purpose.
We are under no obligation to maintain confidentiality of submitted materials unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giveio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to Giveio by you, if any, during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Giveio, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
