Just what are we doing here, exactly?

By Keri Cotterman

I’m Keri, I am a Co-Founder of Giveio, wearing the V.P. of Sales & Marketing hat. Basically, it’s my job to make sure people know about us and make it super easy for nonprofits to use our amazing platform. Oh, and I write the blog.
I thought it would be a good first step to write about what it is that Giveio is doing to create change in our little corner of the world. Here’s the deal, auction item sourcing hasn’t evolved in decades. It’s time.

Giveio was founded to reinvent the time-sucking process of filling an auction, raffle, or giveaway. Gone are the days of: calling, emailing, calling again, following up, driving across town, talking to more people, just to get a $25 gift card.
We exist to eliminate the grind.
Our grind game changer is called Giveio Sourced. It’s powered by proprietary data and smart automation and fills your auction while you sleep. Yes! While you’re sleeping!
You will wake up to confirmed auction items delivered directly to your inbox ... and maybe even a little more refreshed because we will be saving you so much time.
Now, I think this next bit is kind of a big deal. We also include an introduction to everyone who donates an auction item. We want to help you grow your network and raise more money! We don’t want to see you miss any opportunity to turn an auction item donor into an event attendee or who knows, maybe even a sponsor!
I think the most important takeaway here is this, we believe nonprofit time is valuable. We know that teams wear a million hats and it’s not for the money ... it’s for the cause.
Bottom line? We want to see you hustling for impact, not auction items.
One final thought since this is my first article. Not to toot my horn but I do know a thing or two about marketing and raising funds for nonprofits. So ... if you’ve stumbled across my part of the internet and would like me to offer tips and tricks on anthing in particular, please reach out to me! I would love to hear from you! You can reach me at keri@giveio.org!
The sourcing struggle is real! If you know, you know!
