We changed the auction game,
so you have more time to change the world.

After signing up, we'll learn about your organization, event, audience, and fundraising goals so we can tailor our outreach strategy accordingly. From there, Giveio begins reaching out to businesses on your behalf to secure donation opportunities for your event.

Setup is simple and typically takes less than an hour. We'll ask you to:Share information about your nonprofit and upcoming eventIdentify a primary contact at your charity for donor communicationsCreate an email address for Giveio under your organization's domainReview any outreach preferences or restrictions Once setup is complete, our team handles the outreach process for you.

Businesses are significantly more likely to respond to outreach that comes directly from a nonprofit organization than from a third-party company. Using an email address associated with your organization helps improve credibility, increase response rates, and create stronger connections between businesses and your nonprofit.Giveio manages the outreach process, but communications are sent on behalf of your organization.

When a business expresses interest in donating, Giveio immediately introduces the contact at your nonprofit that you designated during onboarding. From that point forward, your organization works directly with the business to finalize the donation and coordinate any necessary details. This ensures you maintain ownership of the donor relationship while eliminating the burden of prospecting and outreach.

Everything from gift cards, dining experiences, event tickets, and retail products to travel, professional services, memberships, local experiences, and unique one-of-a-kind donations. Because Giveio actively reaches out to businesses on your behalf, new opportunities are created every day.

Yes. We conduct outreach to both local businesses and national brands. This creates a balanced auction lineup that combines community favorites with larger donation opportunities.

Absolutely. One of the most valuable outcomes is the new business relationships your organization develops throughout the process. The businesses introduced through Giveio Sourced can become: Future donors Event sponsors Volunteers Corporate partners Board prospects Long-term supporters Many organizations find that the relationships generated through outreach become just as valuable as the donations themselves.

No. There are no upfront fees, setup fees, subscription fees, or inventory purchases required to use Giveio Sourced.

After your event, simply submit a report showing which Giveio Sourced items sold and their final sale prices. Giveio receives just 10% of each item's sale price. We'll send you an invoice based on your report, and you only pay for items that sell.

Very little. Giveio handles the outreach process, follow-up, and business engagement. Your team only becomes involved when a business is interested in supporting your organization and is ready to discuss a donation. This allows your staff and volunteers to focus on running a successful event rather than spending weeks prospecting for auction items.

That's completely normal. Our existing inventory is only one part of Giveio Sourced. The major value comes from the outreach engine behind the platform. Rather than relying solely on a fixed catalog, Giveio actively reaches out to businesses on your behalf to uncover new donation opportunities every day.

Traditional auction sourcing relies heavily on volunteers, board members, and staff members manually contacting businesses for donations. Giveio Sourced combines a growing database of businesses with personalized outreach campaigns conducted on your organization's behalf. Instead of spending hours asking for donations, your team focuses on building relationships with businesses that have already expressed interest in supporting your event.
